How much space do I need for a Teepee party?

Each teepee and mattress needs approximately 2M X 1.5M of floor space. When planning for a party please consider the area around the tents so children have space to walk around the beds. We are happy to do a house visit to ensure you are sufficient space.

Do you have insurance?
Yes, we have public liability insurance. 

What is included in the price of a teepee party?
Free delivery and collection within a 5-mile radius of KT19 8NN. Set up and styling including blowing up and making the beds. If you live outside of the 5-mile free delivery area an additional £2 per mile will be charged. Up to max 10 miles.
Each child will have their own teepee tent with a made-up airbed with a sheet and blanket. Please note we do not provide duvets or sleeping pillows.
Depending on the theme the number of accessories will be slightly different. All accessories need to be returned at the end of a party unless agreed.
The hire cost is based on 24-hour hire. If you would like to hire for a longer period please contact us.

Do I have to leave a deposit?
Once you confirm your party we will ask for a £25 deposit to secure your booking. The full balance of the party is required 7 days prior to the party date. The deposit will be fully refunded once we have collected and checked for any damage or missing items. This will normally be refunded within 48 hours.

Can we set the teepees up outside?
Unfortunately not the teepees are for indoor use only.

How long does it take to set up the teepees?
Usually, it takes 60 minutes to set up an indoor teepee sleepover for 4. As we will be bringing lots of equipment it would be good to be able to park as close to the property as possible.  If there are any access or parking restrictions we ask these are disclosed at the time of booking. 

What happens if one of the teepees or accessories gets damaged?
No problem we understand accidents happen which is why we ask for a £25 security deposit which is refundable after the event. In the event of any damage, we will contact you to discuss it. All details can be found in our terms and conditions. 

What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel or change the date of the party we ask fo as much notice as possible as we understand that circumstances change. If you do cancel within 48 hours your security deposit is non-refundable.
