Terms & Conditions

  1. Once you the hirer has paid the booking deposit for an event booking this constitutes a binding contract and acceptance of the terms and conditions.
  2. We regret we are unable to accept bookings from anyone under 18 years of age. 
  3. Teepee tents are not suitable for dogs or other animals. However, disabled assistance dogs (e.g. guide dogs, hearing dogs etc) are welcome by prior arrangement.

Hiring charges

  1. Provisional bookings will be held for 5 days before the deposit is due. 
  2. Bookings are confirmed once a security deposit has been received together with a booking form. Deposit amont £25
  3. The security deposit covers any loss, damage, theft, breakages or extra cleaning that may be required.
  4. The balance of hire payment is due 7 days before your event.
  5. The security deposit will be refunded by bank transfer within 3 working days of the end of your hire period minus any deductions if applicable which will be itemized. 
  6. Hire price includes delivery within a the first 5 miles from KT19 8NN. Delivery outside of this radius will incur additional delivery charges £2 per mile. 
  7. We do everything possible to ensure set up and collection is at the areed time however delays may occur due to sever traffic problems, road accidents or road closures. 
  8. Equipment and themes seen in photography may be subject to change. 

Deliver & Set up. 

  1. The hirer must be present at the location for set up and pack up fo the equipment. 
  2. It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure there is sufficient access and space for the tents. The hirer will be responsible for any movement of furniture for the indoor teepees’. The space required per teepee and mattress is approx 1.5 wide x 2m length. Where there is insufficient room for the teepees ordered and delivered, we will erect the number of indoor teepees in to the space available. Teepee Buddies will not refund the difference in cost in these cases. 
  3. Teepee Buddies will deliver, erect and furnish your teepees to the agreed location on the first day of the commencement of your booking. 
  4. The set up and take down of the teepee tents should only be actioned by the Teepee Buddies team. 

Damage of Equipment 

  1. Any damage to the equipment will result in loss of the security deposit either in part of fully. This includes stains to any soft furnishings cushions and teepees.
  2. The hirer is fully responsible for the maintenance and safe custody of the tents and equipment. The hirer must be satisfied with the equipment before use and should notify Teepee Buddies of any miscounts, incorrect deliveries and unacceptable equipment before use. Failure to do so will be the responsibility of the client and NOT Teepee Buddies
  3. The hirer shall cover Teepee Buddies against the full value of any loss, damage or excessive soiling however caused, unless caused by negligence by Teepee Buddies. Therefore, if the security deposit is insufficient to cover the costs incurred to Teepee Buddies, you must agree to pay all costs to rectify this. 
  4. Teepee Buddies will not be responsible for any loss of air from the airbeds during the hire period. The airbeds will be fully inflated at the beginning of the hire, but due to factors such as temperature, amount of usage, length of hire, airbeds may lose air and deflate slightly. Teepee Buddies will leave a pump on site to ‘top them up’ if required.

Cancellations & Refunds

  1. Bookings can be changed up to 14 days before the original date and must be mutual between both parties.
  2. Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the party will result the loss of your security deposit. 
  3. For bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the party 100% of the booking will be charged.

Health and Safety 

  1. Teepee Buddies operate a STRICT NO SMOKING policy inside the tents. 
  2. Candles with flames are not permitted inside the tents. Battery operated candles will be provided. 
  3. Our lovely teepees are supplied with love and care. We are passionate about what we do and our mission is to provide high quality, beautifully decorated tents for our customers’ special celebrations so we kindly ask that care is taken with the tents and equipment provided.
